How long does it take to get my items?
Purchases done on the TSDOJ FivePD Web Store may take 5-15 minutes to activate. You do not need to be online when buying, but relogging is mandatory when you are online on the server at the time you made the payment.

Can I use my country’s currency to make a purchase?
Yes! We accept most world currencies. You will notice that you can change the currency display at the top of any web store pages, and our Payment Gateways will automatically do any currency exchanges during the payment process.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Our 2 payment gateways are PayPal and PaymentWall.
PayPal will allow you to purchase using either a PayPal account or by paying as a guest. You can pay using a credit card, or a bank account. A PayPal account is not required.
PaymentWall will offer you many different kinds of payment methods, ranging from many specific payment methods all the way to credit cards and debit cards.

Can I end my subscription to one of the packages/personal vehicles?
Yes, of course! You can cancel any of your subscriptions that are associated with our store at any time by yourself.

Purchase & receive a package

1. Register a FiveM(Cfx.re) account if you haven't already.

2. Link your FiveM(Cfx.re) account to your FiveM client or check if the right account is linked in the settings.

3. If you are asked to log in with discord when purchasing any package make sure that you log in with the right discord account to receive any discord perks that the package includes. If you don't have a discord account yet then you must create one to get the discord perks.

4. Purchase the package.

5. If the purchase was successful and is completed you should already have all the in-game perks the next time you connect to our servers. If you are already connected to any of our servers then you will have to rejoin.

Refunds and rules

All purchases on our store are final and fall under digital content and cannot be revoked. If a chargeback occurs, we may impose sanctions. These can range from a store ban to a permanent ban on our servers.

Buying an item on our store does not make players immune to the server rules.
If a player breaks the rules, they will be treated equally, regardless of whether or not they are a paying player.
